Below script makes caps on and off automatically it not only for caps lock but also for Num lock , Scroll lock.

1. Open notepad and paste the below code in it.

2. Save the above code as blink.vbs

3. Now double on the saved file ( blink.vbs ) now you will see the caps lock to start blinking.

Go to Taskmanager > Processes then find wscript.exe . Click on the End Process.
