Click connect to Google plus in blogger dashboard you can see at right top and skip this step if you already connected to google plus . For account switching  Link .

Tutorial : #1

#1. Connect to Google plus which is at top of blogger dashboard .
#2. Click on "Google+" as shown below .

#3.  Now check on "Automatically share after posting".

#4.  By enabling automatic share posts you can share your regular posts in Google+ .

#1. Connect to Google plus which is at top of blogger dashboard .
#2. Click on "Revert To Blogger" Profile .

#3. Now Check on "Automatically Share Your Posts"
